Individual Psychotherapy

Your life is holding together. But something inside still feels unsettled.

From the outside, things look fine — maybe even good. But underneath, something feels off. Stuck. Heavy. Not quite the way it's supposed to feel.

You've tried to work it out — thought it through, read about it, maybe sat with a therapist or two along the way. You're not someone who gives up easily. But talking around the problem hasn't been enough to actually move it.

A Different Kind of Therapy

This isn't therapy that circles the same conversation week after week.

We work directly with what's happening beneath the surface — in a way that is focused, experiential, and precise. The goal isn't only insight. It's change you can actually feel, that holds up once you walk out the door.

How I Work

My approach draws on an integration of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Resonance. But the method is only the vehicle — the real work is becoming more fully yourself: steadier, more embodied, more able to express what's true, and more connected — within yourself, in your avodas Hashem, and with the people around you.

Go Beneath the Surface

Get in touch with what's actually happening inside — not just the story about it.

Work With It Directly

In a way that is safe, experiential, and effective, rather than purely conversational.

Move Toward Real Goals

Clearly defined, meaningful change — not an open-ended process without direction.

Who I Work With

I work primarily with Bnei Torah — men who look composed on the outside, but who carry intensity, anxiety, or perfectionism on the inside, often rooted in guilt, sadness, or a quiet sense of not being enough. Many have been in therapy before and are tired of feeling stuck. The goal is to move from that intensity toward a life of authenticity and calm, rooted in a strong sense of self, resilience, and joy.

I'm equally passionate about working with talmidim and Rebbeim who want to integrate moach and lev into their learning at a high level — transforming limud haTorah into a pursuit that engages the talmid who otherwise struggles to connect, and restoring the simple joy of Torah for the bachur who only feels engaged through intellectual stimulation.

Is This the Right Fit?

This may be for you if

  • You have a real sense that something isn't where it should be — and the readiness to name it and work on it.
  • You're able to engage consistently, and to sit with discomfort in service of change.
  • You want depth, not just a weekly check-in.

This is probably not the right fit if

  • You're mainly looking for a place to talk things through, without necessarily working toward change.
  • You prefer an open-ended process without a clear direction.
  • You're not able to engage consistently right now.
  • You're currently in crisis and need more immediate support.

A Selective, Focused Practice

I take on a limited number of clients so that I can be fully present for each person I work with. If what you've read here resonates, you're welcome to reach out for a brief consultation to see if this is the right fit.
